High frequency welding machines: 50KW x 4 units; 35KW x 1 unit; 25KW x 1 unit; 15KW x 1 unit; 10KW x 1 unit; 8KW x 2 units; 4~5KW x 20 units.
Equipped with air compressor 37KW x 1 set; 15KW x 1 set; 7.5KW x 1 set.
Automatic cutting machine x 3 sets; Slitting machine x 1 set; and 40 tons punching machine x 2 sets. Totally 4 production lines can be arranged at the same time.

Product quality control: We conduct 100% inflation tests for all inflatable products for 24 hours. Non-inflatable products are inspected under strong lighting source to ensure that there is no leakage or broken materials. And the QC personnel will also inspect the appearance and printing of the products to ensure that the excellent products are delivered into the hands of customers. In the future, the company will add more testing tools and adopt more testing process to meet customer requirements.
